GET OUT THERE

For the Adventurous

Do you love the outdoors and being active?

Then you are at the right place. Peru with its amazing and unique nature offers plenty of activities which can be built into your itinerary. Full day hikes or even a multiple day trek on the classic Inca Trail or an alternative route.

If you are not into camping, consider hiking the short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu (full day hike with overnight stay in the hotel category of your choice), entering the site through the Sun Gate in the afternoon, when most visitors have left for the day, hence allowing for a much more private experience, left alone all those amazing views as you approach the site.

But there is much more of course. Throw in a mountain bike ride, go zip lining, sand boarding, rafting or explore the Amazon Rainforest.

Have a look at our most adventurous sample itineraries, combining culture with lots of outdoor activities.
